Description:
This course will explore the theory and the practicalities of applying social media in a business communications context. It will include reputation management, research & insights, brand campaigns and social media influencers. You will come out of this course with a thorough understanding of how social media is re-shaping the PR and marketing disciplines and a perspective on the innovation happening in the world of brands and specialist consultancies.
