This module introduces students to the workings of international justice, in particular the International Criminal Court (ICC). We examine the politics behind many of the major cases at the
court, using the recent decisions on Afghanistan as a case study. Students explore the political context and considerations of different sides. We also examine the impact of the international
justice of political decision-making.
