This course introduces students to leadership theory and practices from multiple perspectives, taking a critical approach to understand how leadership theory influences leadership practices and how our perceptions of leadership evolve over time and circumstance. Furthermore, students will examine leadership in terms of specific cultural, international and organizational elements.
