This course presents the fundamental concepts and techniques of human resource management from a global and regional perspective. By focusing on multiple fronts of the organization, the employer and the employee, as well as other stakeholders, the course helps students to better understand the complexity of managing people in the workplace and facilitates critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a professional context.
